Water Diversion Permit Lawsuit
Join us for a discussion on the recent CT Supreme Court ruling on the case Tilcon Connecticut, Inc. v Commissioner of Environmental Protection, that involved the extent of CT DEEP's authority in connection with water diversion permits.
Guest speakers Tim Hollister of Shipman & Goodwin (lead attorney for Tilcon), and Chris Marchesi of Triton Environmental (lead engineer for Tilcon), will speak to us about the case. This decision will likely have implications beyond water diversion.
