2006 Grant Awards

Groundwork Bridgeport was awarded $1000 for its Neighborhood Tree Planting and Care Project. The goal of the project is to plant at least 50 trees each year.

Connecticut Envirothon was awarded $1000 for its statewide high school education and team competition that provides both in-class, and outdoor training and application of environmental knowledge.

Heads Up Hartford  was awarded $500 for its week-long camp that involves youth cleaning up Headstart programs.
