On behalf of SWEP, we cordially invite you to a brown bag lunch presentation regarding the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) Industrial Stormwater General Permit. Karen Abbott (Environmental Analyst II, DEEP Stormwater Enforcement and Permitting) will offer tips for stakeholders regarding common noncompliance items identified during inspections. She will also provide insight into what DEEP expects to receive in response to NOVs and suggestions on how to properly address benchmark exceedances. Ms. Abbott will also offer tips regarding the new EZ file system. This program will be full of practical information for you and your clients.
