Wave 2 Follow-up and Development of Formal Comments

Many of us recently had the opportunity to meet with DEEP staff and learn more about the proposed RSR Wave 2 amendments. The public comment period ends on Monday October 7, but DEEP has only received one comment on the proposed changes.  We invite you to join us for a follow-up meeting on September 18 to develop a concise list of comments that SWEP-CT will formally submit to DEEP.

This session is not limited to those who attended the earlier information session, but is limited to SWEP-CT members only.
