Proposed EUR Changes and Development of Formal SWEP-CT Comments

DEEP released proposed changes to the Environmental Use Restrictions (EURs) on September 27.  The public notice process will last 45 days, and formal comments need to be submitted to the State by November 12, 2019.

We invite SWEP-CT members to join us for a discussion of the proposed regulations and how they will impact the environmental community.  This brownbag event is a time for members to provide their input on the proposed changes and gain insight from both environmental and real estate attorneys on how the proposed changes will impact future activities in Connecticut.  Following the discussion, SWEP-CT will develop a concise list of comments to be formally submitted to DEEP.
