An Overview of PURA, Clean Energy Programs, and Grid Modernization in CT

Please join us for a meeting with Julia Dumaine, Supervisor of the Technical Planning and Operations Unit of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) within the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Julia will provide a “PURA 101” overview of utility regulation in Connecticut, and highlight Clean Energy and Grid Modernization programs underway.
