DEEP Q&A Session on the Draft Release-Based Cleanup Regulations

Join SWEP-CT on October 16 from 2-3pm for one last virtual Q&A session with CT DEEP Bureau Chief Graham Stevens and Legal Director Brendan Schain on the draft Release-Based Cleanup Regulations (RBCRs) before the public comment period closes on October 24, 2024.

This session will be open to the public, and CT DEEP will be accepting questions in advance.  We want to hear from you!  Please send any questions you want to be discussed at this Q&A sessions by October 11 to jkloss@blcompanies.com and put “SWEP RBCR Q&A” in the subject line.
